Promiscuous Design builds these various texts/sounds/actions and recreates them. Although that is considered one of my lease well-known works, it holds a cheerful/curious place in my mind/coronary heart/palms. I prefer to think it transcends information visualization by transforming code equations and various knowledge inputs right into a darkly humorous poetic monster. Not in a position to end those, I fitted all of them together in ‘chosen works’ mode. Many of the interactive devices are borrowed from different works and the texts culled from experiments gone awry. Hymns came from my thumbing by way of Methodist hymnals and discovering the collection varied and alluringly hypnotic, not in a spiritual way, but quite in a ‘these persons are struggling to drown’ way. The fashionable world is consumed with fears, with paranoid coverage of each real and hypothetical catastrophe and pandemic.
